Affiliate Marketing will help develop the strategic vision and
execution of our affiliate marketing initiatives, define best
practices and build brand visibility. This role involves developing
strategic partnerships with affiliates, optimizing campaign
performance, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. The
ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional
teams to implement best practices and enhance our affiliate
marketing efforts. By leading day-to-day operations, the Director
will play a crucial role in achieving the company's affiliate
marketing goals and fostering a high-performing team
environment.Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic direction of accounts in your group; work
closely with Global VP and Group Director on key accounts to drive
optimized affiliate marketing strategy and execution.
- Manage and align department resources to meet client needs,
timelines, and growth potential, while collaborating with the
Affiliate Leadership Team to streamline processes and enhance the
operating structure and service offerings.
- Oversee execution of affiliate strategy, including budgeting
and forecasting, for affiliate programs.
- Lead tactical planning and strategic frameworks with internal
and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and executive teams,
including account management, legal, finance, tech and marketing,
to integrate affiliate efforts with broader marketing
initiatives.
- Drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate
partnerships on various affiliate network/platform solutions for
Assembly affiliate clients.
- Relationship-building and maintenance, consultation with
clients at the VP level - articulate strategic vision and
recommendations.
- Engagement with clients to focus on affiliate marketing program
development, execution and strategy across the Assembly
offerings.
- Lead MBR, QBR and Planning discussions and presentations with
clients.
- Foster the growth and performance of Senior Managers & Managers
by implementing Assembly Affiliate processes and guidelines to
ensure they meet and exceed expectations.Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of in-house e-commerce, affiliate network or agency
marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of one or more online marketing channels,
such as, Affiliate, Partner, Search, CRM, PR, Social Media,
Referral, Blogger and Content marketing.
- Must have knowledge of affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, Rakuten,
Partnerize, etc.).
- Familiarity with HTML, a plus.
- Experience with analytics software such as Adobe or Google
Analytics, a plus.
- Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines
with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects
and frequent reporting.
- Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of
work.
- Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and
external partners.
- Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team
meetings.
- Exceptional planning and project management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner, creative thinker.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude,

Benefits/perks may vary depending on the nature of your employment

various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation
in all locations within the United States for this role is
$140,000-160,000USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide
array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of
