Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paid Media Manager to shape media
buying and planning strategies for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms to
optimize reach and ROI
Implement media strategies and manage performance tracking, budget,
and timelines
Guide and mentor media analysts to ensure smooth campaign execution
and skill development
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a digital agency focused on
performance-driven paid media
Proficient with paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and
Meta
Experience with Google Analytics and familiarity with marketing
KPIs like ROI and ROAS
Experience with budgeting and forecasting related to paid media
metrics
Familiarity with Agile project management and tools like Asana is a
plus
