client is seeking to fill a VP Digital Banking Manager role. The
successful candidate will identify opportunities for strategic
shifts and business process transformations, translating the Bank
and business strategies into near- and long-term digital
initiatives and roadmaps aligned with the Bank's strategies to
drive growth by converting traditional businesses/transactions to
digital ones.This position offers a generous base salary of up to
$200K and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote
position).VP Digital Banking Manager responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the digital bank's operational teams (including
deposit operations, fraud mitigation and customer service teams) to
ensure that all operational processes are effective, streamlined
and efficient.
- Define operating model for operations team, including
strategies to hire vs. outsource; grow and scale team to meet the
demands of the digital bank.
- Manage and drive the operations team's policies, standards,
processes and SLAs with a commitment to meeting SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify and evaluate potential third-party vendors for
business process outsourcing to support the scaling operations;
define accountability framework and manage vendors to ensure
quality and performance.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to identify,
implement, and optimize operational tools to drive efficiency
(e.g., self-service tools, automation within fraud monitoring,
etc.).
- Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure
bank's operational processes comply with all regulatory
requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize data to inform decisions and to identify process
improvements and continually propose, design, and implement
activities and strategies to improve operational efficiency and
customer satisfaction.
- Develop, implement and execute a multi-year strategic vision
for the Operations team.
- Partners and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to
ensure they are considering operational implications; utilizes
strong stakeholder management and influence skills to build
relationships across the organization.

the following skills and experience:
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Management.
- Five or more years of digital banking management
experience.
- Five or more years of strategic leadership experience and
people management experience (preferably in operations, sales,
customer relationships, and digital marketing).
- Proven record of leading successful digital transformation
projects and digital team(s) for financial institutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and adhere to all state and
federal regulations that pertain to this position including but not
limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Consumer Privacy, and Fair
Lending.
- The ability to use data, information, and communication
technologies to find, evaluate, create, and communicate
information, requiring both cognitive and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of the financial services industry
particularly on evolving trends and the opportunities for growth
afforded by digital technology.
- Ability to function as a strategic leader who passionately
articulates the digital future of the banking system and expands
digital capability throughout the financial services system.
- Demonstrated cross-functional communication and
relationship-building skills to generate trust, teamwork, and
