Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Performance
Solutions to support oncology and cardiology performance
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-priority performance initiatives from design to
execution, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial
goals
Engage cross-department leaders and stakeholders to implement
initiatives across clients and markets
Develop and maintain project management processes and ensure
compliance with regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of healthcare management or
consulting experience
Strong project management skills with a history of initiative and
effective management
Experience in managed care, oncology, cardiology, and/or provider
engagement preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
