Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Manager-Health Equity and Community Impact.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic planning and analysis on diversity, cultural competency, and equity initiatives
Develop and implement community health projects to address health disparities
Manage health equity programming and oversee the Community Health Worker

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Five years of experience in community/public health and diversity/inclusion fields
Master's degree preferred
Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion preferred
Bilingual preferred
