A company is looking for a Strategy & Analytics Manager, Credit.



Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives for launching new products and improving underwriting & pricing strategies
Optimize acquisition and account management strategies based on customer behavior and market changes
Analyze customer data to develop new product and account management strategies while collaborating across teams


Required Qualifications

4 - 7 years of experience in a highly analytical role
Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
Experience with credit cards or consumer lending products is preferred
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
