Our client isseekingProjectManagerFinancetoworkon-site insupportoftheCivilRightsDivisiontoworkinWashington,DC.Youwillwork in afast pacedand diverseenvironmentandwillhaveamanagementteamthatencouragesyourcareerdevelopmentandgrowth.
Inthisrole,youwillgainmanyintangibleskills,suchastimeandtaskmanagement,criticalthinkingandproblemsolving,theabilitytocommunicatecomplicatedproblemsinaconcisemanner,aswellassolvecomplexproblemsusingavailabletools.

PrimaryResponsibilities
TheProjectManagerwillberesponsibleforoverseeingprocessingworkflows(intheOfficeof
FinancialandProcurementServices).
- Performsandoverseesfinancial/procurementsservices.
-TheProjectManagerwillhavefrequentcontactwiththeGovernmentCaseManagers,andother
DOJagencystaff.
- Ensureprocessesandproceduresarefollowed.
- Overseeingasmallteamoffinancialanalysts.
- Performsanactivequalityassuranceroletoensurehighqualityworkdeliveredontime.
- Trainsstaffonenteringandupdatingdatainproprietarydatabases.

BasicQualifications -Atleastfouryearsofprogressivelymoreresponsiblesupervisoryandmanagementexperience
infinancialsystems. -Musthaveprovencapabilitiesandcommunicationskillstosuccessfullyinteractwithclientsand
attorneys.
- Demonstratedabilitytomanagenumerouscomplexandtime criticalsupportactivities
simultaneously.
- RequiresexpertknowledgeofFinanceSystemsincludingSAS;outstandingwritingskills;
excellentoralcommunicationskills;andexcellentmanagementskills.
- RequiresknowledgeoftheGovernmentsdataprocessingenvironmentinwhichtheworkisto
beperformed,includingofficeautomationnetworks,PC baseddatabasesandother
applications,andinternetandserver baseddatabasesandotherapplications.
- MustbeaUSCitizen
- MustbeabletoobtainaPublicTrustsecurityclearance.
- Musthaveanundergraduatedegree
