Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Claims to lead claims
operations and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of claims developers, including hiring, training, and
performance management
Analyze claims data to identify trends and develop strategies for
improvement
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while implementing
process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar license preferred
7+ years of experience in social security claims management
2-3 years of managerial experience
Proficient in claims management software and data analysis
tools
