Director, Store Operations & Process ImprovementAt Under Armour,

consistent foundational operational guidelines and structure. They
will lead the creation and implementation of store operations
standards throughout the region by fostering strong partnerships,
providing clear communication, and driving accountability. They
will instill an operational component to all cross-functional
partners to optimize all store-facing initiatives.As a key
stakeholder on the Americas retail team, they will collaborate
throughout the retail organization to help scale tools and
resources to operational partners. They will develop and deploy the
retail digital Omnichannel strategy in partnership with retail
operations, fulfillment, IT, marketing, and merchandising to
support an integrated best-in-class customer experience across
various channels. They are a visionary leader who connects the dots
around business and consumer insights and articulates omnichannel
concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way. They will
drive process improvements across store operational and omnichannel
processes.Your Impact
- Monitor overall health of the Omnichannel
applications/program.
- Own, understand, and partner on forecasting KPIs related to
Omnichannel, including initiative performance.
- Partner with store operations and finance to review
accreditation rules for omni sales and returns made in store
matched with incentive policies to drive a best-in-class customer
experience.
- Lead and implement RFID roadmap to help drive efficiencies
through the business.
- Consistently seek to improve processes and reduce
non-customer-facing tasks to help further amplify a customer-first
experience.
- Create strategic and financial models to articulate business
value.
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, decision-making.
- Lead strategic review of solution development; provide clear
and timely feedback to ensure experiences, technology, and
marketing solutions are delivered on-strategy.
- Develop and maintain all store operations standard operating
procedures and influence field leadership to ensure consistent
implementation across Factory House and Brand House stores in the
Americas Region.
- Lead the Store Operations team in optimizing cross-functional
workflows that equip our teammates to execute daily operations
effectively and efficiently.
- Develop solutions and long-term strategic plans aligned with
long-term organizational goals.
- Coach and develop a team of strong leaders and high performers.
Create, model, and support a culture of excellence in execution,
continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Leverage project management practices to ensure project
success.
- Build influential relationships with leadership across other
departments, including IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing,
and Finance among others.
- Align operational standards and resources.
- Manage priorities of execution based on timeline targets and
vision and be able to adjust and refocus within project
timeline.
- Analyze and support daily retail operational functions
throughout the region, new store openings, store supplies,
inventory control, and store processes.
- Consolidate business requirements when introducing new retail
tools/resources.
- Manage budgets/expenses and financial planning for operations
team.
- Manage the operational platforms/software as needed.
- Manage relationships with current vendors, and initiate
contracts with new companies as needed.
- Effectively meet goals and milestones while simultaneously
managing multiple projects.
- Understand cultural, legal, and language differences between
countries in the Americas region and how they impact operational
standards in stores.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of related
experience.
- Master's degree with 10 years of related experience.
- 16 years of related experience with no degree.
- 6+ years of management experience; or equivalent experience as
the subject matter expert lead or expert in area of expertise.
- Retail store experience required.
- Corporate retail operations experience preferred.
- Proven people leader with a passion to develop others.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build
partnerships and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation
skills; ability to communicate down, across, and up within the
organization.
- Proven experience leading strategy and digital roadmap projects
in a complex business and marketing environment.
- Experience playing a lead role in building strategic plans,
tactical plans, and budgets.
- Strong understanding of user research, user-centered design
principles, and online consumer behavior.
- Must possess rigorous analytical disciplined approach as well
as dynamic, abstract problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Creative thinker.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Able to overcome adversity and deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to listen and communicate with internal teams and
outside vendors, consultants and contractors.

- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance
from our Baltimore office.
- Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the
remainder of work week remote.
- Travel: 10-15%Relocation
- Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount.Base
Compensation$164,330.00 - $225,953.20 USDMost new hires fall within
this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial
placement within the salary range, however, is based on an
individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the
