Job Description:

We're a brewery & winery in West Philly with multiple locations, seeking an assistant manager for our Front of House operations. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing daily finances, and resolving guest issues. We're looking for someone with previous management experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Additional duties may include running food, managing take-out orders, and handling customer service issues. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and follow company rules and guidelines. This is a part-time or full-time position with a starting hourly wage of $22, plus tips. Shifts would typically be nights, Wednesday through Sunday. * Supervise front of house staff
* Manage daily finances (drawers, change, deposits)
* Ensure servers and bartenders follow rules and guidelines
* Run food and bus tables as needed
* Coordinate take-out orders
* Handle customer service issues
* Complete daily shift notes
* Inventory reporting
* Minor menu edits in Toast POS
* Seat guests
* Fill in other FOH roles as needed
* **Qualifications:**
* Previous management experience in food and beverages
* Willingness to become ServSafe and RAMP certified
* Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
* Good verbal and written communication skills
