Job Description:

Job Summary: Manage restaurant daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards, restaurant image, and employee direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, uphold service standards, cash handling, and product quality.
Provide direction to employees, maintain performance expectations, and oversee scheduling.
Ensure restaurant profitability, control COGS, and total labor.
Manage shifts, including daily decision-making and restaurant opening and closing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
- A combination of practical experience and education.
- Prior experience with Opentable, Schedulefly, or Digital Dining Future POS.
  Personal Qualities:
  - Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality.
  - Pleasant, polite manner, neat appearance, and attention to detail.
  - Positive attitude and ability to maintain a enjoyable work environment.
