Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Learning & Development to
align learning interventions with business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a learning consultant to business leaders to identify
critical learning needs
Manage the end-to-end learning plan, including project planning and
stakeholder engagement
Oversee vendor and budget management for learning programs specific
to the business unit
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in creating and implementing learning
programs
Demonstrated ability to leverage various learning modalities to
address skill gaps
Experience in exploring elements of employee enablement that
complement L&D efforts
3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Hands-on experience with learning technologies and systems
