Market SummaryDevelops operating budgets and standards of
performance and ensures clinical department operates within budget
and in accordance with performance standards. Assists with
implementation of policies and procedures for the clinical
staff.
Impact• Management of professionals and support staff. Responsible
for setting objectives for team members and ensuring achievement of
operational results.• Implements policies and strategies for
short-term results (1 year or less) to support the execution of
relevant area of business.
Communication• Networks, influences, and persuades internal and
external stakeholders.• Escalates or influences problems and issues
needing decisions where processes and policies need to be
questioned, changed, or improved.
Innovation• Identifies and implements new ideas, and affects change

area, specialization, and/ or technology, business and / or broad
knowledge of several areas – typically acquired over many years
within professional discipline or sector.• Typically requires a
bachelor's degree and 6+ years of overall experience, including at
