• Certification Details
• ACLS Required for: RN/LPN working in ICU, CCU, ED, PACU, and Tele units, CRTs, RRTs (AHA or ARC)
• BLS Required (AHA or ARC)
• PALS Required for RN/LPNs working in ED or Pediatrics (AHA or ARC)
• NRP - As required by unit description
• TNCC - As required by unit description
• EFM - As required by unit description
• Tech Cert Verification - Required based on Profession/State
• State License 1 Verification - Required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Certification - As required by unit description or for MS/Tele and ICU
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam - Required within 3 years of start, must score 80% or higher
• Color Blind Testing - Required (online or in-person)
• Competency Exam - Required within 3 years of start, must score 80% or higher
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam - Required for Telemetry, Critical Care, ED units within 3 years and 80% passing score

  • Skills Req: Acute Hospital, Long Term Acute Care/Rehab/Skilled Nursing, Admission Criteria, Care coordination, Discharge Planning, Utilize InterQual Criteria, Utilize Milliman Guidelines
  • Previous Charge Experience Preferred
