Provider Relations is a critical customer facing role responsible
for leading innovative programs supporting health care
transformation and access to innovative technologies. Tapping into
expertise in health economics, health policy, and reimbursement,
they lead discussions with influential decision makers within the
key accounts to support strategic and product level decisions. As a
key member of a dynamic, results-oriented team, the position will
play a key role in executing innovative value-based care
initiatives including innovative contracting strategies, such as
outcomes-based agreements. The Associate Director will also
present, as needed, economic models, share insights on market
access trends, disseminate economic evidence, and execute HEMA
evidence/data sharing and market access strategies with the
account. The position is also responsible for supporting and
partnering with key internal business partners to execute robust
strategic account plan and lead other market access capabilities.
Other responsibilities include building and maintaining engagement
and relationships with customers that are mutually advantage for
both parties, serving as a conduit for customer insights and
needs.POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:As a member of the MedTech
Surgery Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) Team the US
Associate Director of Provider Relations working under limited
supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state,
and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson,
procedures and guidelines:Execute customer facing Provider Relation
strategies for JJMTS products/procedures/services focused on
expanding the dissemination of HEMA evidence.
