The incumbent will forge strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external business partners, aligning on strategic business imperatives for impact, demonstrate effective leadership enabling optimal performance of team members to provide an environment which encourages the company's dedication to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and equal employment opportunity.Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates effective leadership and performance management over a team of direct reports for performance, engagement and retainment.
  • Accountable for the effective management of contractors and extended collaboration partners to ensure fully compliant and high-quality process and outcome.
  • Develops and empowers a collaborative team culture by proactively encouraging opportunities for innovation, learning and professional growth\rPromotional Review Leadership and Stakeholder Management:
    • \r
    • Accountable for leading all aspects of promotional review operations for the assigned therapeutic ares (TA), business or brands
    • Guide and coach direct reports to ensure compliance with company, legal and federal regulations and in adherence to defined processes.
    • Drive effective partnerships and strategic alignment with business and cross-functional leaders on business and resource priorities to support portfolio and pipeline growth, and strategic launch excellence.\rStrategic Initiatives, Project Management & Communication:
      • \r
      • Experienced in Agile ways of work to drive co-creation, strategic thinking and continuous improvement, as well as collaborate to develop and implement transformational projects.
      • Leverage and synthesize data analytics to formulate and communicate a compelling value proposition and insights delivered through storytelling to various levels in the organization
      • Employ change enablement skills to implement strategies for effecting and sustaining change.\r\r
