Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Partnership Performance to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency within their Medical Management/Health Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of a business partnership model to achieve market and business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve communication workflows and governance models
Identify process gaps and implement improvements in partnership models

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of related experience, particularly in Health Plan Operations
Experience in navigating complex, matrixed environments
Demonstrated success in stakeholder alignment
Continuous improvement mindset
